Soma AI is operated by Novara Software (novarasoftware.ai) at somapro.app. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, so we can open your account without a password.
- Messages you send to Soma AI, and Soma’s replies, so the product can work and history can be restored on your device.
- Files you choose to upload (photos, PDF, text, Word) for a question.
- Device kind and a device id, used to apply the free-message grant fairly.
- Payment phone and transaction status when you buy extra messages.
How we use it
We use this data to run Soma AI, remember your balance, prevent abuse of the free tier, process M-Pesa top-ups, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
Novara Software staff may access accounts to support you or operate the service. Model providers process the text you send so Soma can reply. Payment partners process the phone number you use to pay.
How long we keep it
Account and message history stay while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account by writing to the contact below.
